Key Responsibilities

- Calendar & Communication Management

- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications.

- Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.

- Administrative & Operational Support

- Assist in tracking deadlines, client deliverables, and regulatory filings.

- Handle client queries with professionalism and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, and professional events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business Administration preferred); MBA or CA Inter is a plus.

- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.

- Discretion, integrity, and a proactive mindset.
