Manage billing disputes, collections, and client communications. Supervise AR reconciliations and support month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings. Monitor AR aging, DSO, and prepare related financial reports. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Drive process improvements and automation in the AR function. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth billing and collections.Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of AR/O2C experience with 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
