Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Service Delivery Head to lead and manage end-to-end service delivery for Finance & Accounting business units within our Financial Shared Services Business Unit. This role demands a results-oriented professional with deep expertise in managing large-scale finance operations, delivering process excellence, and leading organizational transformation.

You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, driving the strategic direction of the shared services function, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves ownership of delivery KPIs and SLAs, driving service excellence, and enhancing client satisfaction through operational innovation and robust stakeholder engagement.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounts (F&A) shared services operations, ensuring high efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
• Establish and manage SLA/KPI frameworks, driving continuous service improvements.
• Lead large-scale transitions and process migrations with a focus on minimizing operational disruptions.
• Drive financial transformation initiatives through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI and RPA.
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendor partners, and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment and service excellence.
• Act as a strategic financial advisor, providing insights on financial process optimization and cost efficiencies.
• The leader would be responsible to establish client connect to mine the accounts and enable business expansion.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Qualified CA/CWA
• Relevant experience of 15+ years in a Shared Service Centre
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant exposure to shared services environments.
• Proven expertise in managing large teams and complex F&A operations
• Strong command of finance systems, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Expertise in multi-client service management, SLA governance, and financial automation.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, inventory costing, and financial operations in high-precision automotive component manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage financial risks, compliance, audits, and strategic cost control initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exposure and experience of working in SAP/ Oracle ERP platform
