Role Overview

The
Head of Service Delivery- MSS

will be responsible for managing the execution, quality, and scalability of all cybersecurity service lines, including SOC monitoring, VAPT, incident response, GRC, and red teaming. This role also includes managing and deepening
OEM technology partnerships

across EDR, XDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, and firewall product suites to ensure seamless delivery and integration of third-party tools for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Security Delivery Leadership

• Oversee delivery of all cyber services, ensuring
  high quality, SLA-driven execution

across SOC, VAPT, GRC, and remediation.
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary cybersecurity delivery team, including analysts, engineers, and project managers.
- Standardize delivery frameworks, playbooks, reporting templates, and escalation paths for each service line.

OEM Partnership Management

• Own and manage relationships with major cybersecurity OEMs (e.g., CrowdStrike, Trellix, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Sophos, Fortinet, etc. ).
• Lead
  partner onboarding, license management, joint GTM strategies, and technical enablement

across the organization.

Ensure optimal
tool stack integration, partner incentives

, and commercial alignment for service delivery.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure proper scoping, design, and rollout of services using OEM and in-house tools.
• Provide
  technical pre-sales support

, solution architecture, and post-sale engagement coordination.
- Collaborate with internal security architects to ensure configurations and deployments meet industry best practices.

Operational Governance & Quality Assurance

• Define KPIs for service quality, incident resolution, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular service reviews and post-mortems to drive
  continuous improvement

- Manage client onboarding, renewals, and delivery expansion in coordination with Customer Success and Sales teams.

Security Strategy & Thought Leadership

• Align delivery goals with Mitigata's broader cybersecurity vision and roadmap.
• Stay updated on global threat trends, compliance shifts, and emerging technologies.
• Represent Mitigata at industry events, OEM partner forums, and client executive briefings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity services delivery, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience managing SOC, VAPT, and/or GRC delivery across enterprise environments.
• Strong relationships or working knowledge of leading cybersecurity OEMs and partner ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of threat detection, endpoint protection, security architecture, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Certifications such as
  CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific (CrowdStrike CCFA, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE)

are a plus.
- Experience in MSSP or consulting environments is highly preferred.
