Experience: 0 -3 yrs

Education: Graduate, preferably B. Com or M. Com

Number of positions: 20

Knowledge: Candidates having knowledge in any of the below areas are invited for this walk-in drive.


For Operations:


  • Knowledge in area of Stock Market or DMAT accounts or Trading
  • Open equity account under broking
  • Relevant circular of Onboarding of clients
  • Any type of account opening, activating dormant accounts, account closure like Individual, Trust, HUF etc.
  • DP (Depository Participant) process and relevant DP circular
  • Equity and Modification process and DP circular
  • UCC (Unique Client Code) part of Account opening and their circulars
  • Knowledge of all type of BSE star, IIN fund related to Mutual fund application.
  • KRA & CKYC process, portal application and relevant circular of UCC, Account opening, KRA, OVD, etc.
  • Vendor billing, Payment processing and controlling duplication of Payment.

  • Inbound / Outbound calling process, fresher or experience candidates.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Equity, Exchanges, Mutual Funds.
  • NISM Certification is preferred


For Customer Support:


1. Excellent verbal oral communication

2. Basic understanding of stock market

3. Inbound out bound calling experience.

4. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

5. Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics

6. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.


Responsibilities-


1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level


Requirements and skills-


1. Previous experience in a customer support role.

2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer focus.

4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
