Go to Market at InnovaccerOur GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem.We are the tip of the spear that leads the organization externally.We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions.If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story.Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Lead-Marketing who will own Innovaccer's email marketing strategy and execution.This role will be pivotal in designing, delivering, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute to pipeline growth.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or healthcare marketing.A Day in the Life- Develop and manage the end-to-end email marketing strategy, including campaign design, execution, testing, and optimization.- Create and deliver personalized, segmented, and automated email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.- Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to craft compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.- Own the marketing automation platform, ensuring workflows, lead nurturing, and scoring are optimized.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and prepare actionable reports.- Continuously test and improve email templates, design, and messaging for engagement and effectiveness.- Ensure all email campaigns are CAN-SPAM, and HIPAA compliant.- Work closely with sales and demand generation teams to align email marketing with lead generation and pipeline goals.What You Need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.- 4-7 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.- Proven expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).- Strong skills in email analytics, A/B testing, and segmentation.- Excellent copywriting and content editing skills.- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards.- Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.Here's What We Offer- Generous Leaves: Enjoy generous leave benefits of up to 40 days.- Parental Leave: Leverage one of industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.- Sabbatical: Want to focus on skill development, pursue an academic career, or just take a break?
