ZS's Digital & Technology group helps companies define and execute their technology strategy by designing, building and operating their business intelligence (BI), cloud, data management, dashboard and analytics capabilities. Team members strategize, design and build custom IT solutions to improve our clients' commercial effectiveness.

ZS's Architecture & Engineering Expertise Center group houses deep specialists with expertise across niche technologies with skills to play as hands-on developer, designer and architect roles. Team members will be expected to rapidly learn new technologies, become experts with industry-certified credentials, and solve complex technical problems. Expertise Center (EC) members are expected to code, design, and architect cutting-edge data & analytics solutions on the cloud, using the latest technologies in areas such as DevOps, Data Engineering, App Development, ML Engineering, and Semantic :

- Develop and implement complex data management applications, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Utilize expertise in AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure to architect and deploy robust data and analytics solutions.

- Design and optimize batch, real-time, near real-time, and event-driven data pipelines.

- Stay abreast of industry advancements, particularly in AI and generative AI, Machine learning to integrate cutting-edge technologies into solutions.

- Engage effectively with mid-level to senior tech clients, delivering client-ready proofs of value (POVs) and collaterals, and facilitating in-depth discussions on data and analytics technologies.

- Demonstrate knowledge of architecture practices, methodologies, and frameworks such as TOGAF (desired).

- Foster a collaborative team environment, effectively managing and mentoring technical teams across multiple projects.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration within and across teams.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in developing complex data management applications.

- Deep understanding of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure platforms.

- Experience designing and implementing batch, real-time, near real-time, and event-driven data pipelines.

- Familiarity with the latest advancements in AI and general AI is preferred.

- Successful engagement with mid-level to senior tech clients.

- Ability to rapidly produce client-ready POVs and collaterals.

- Knowledge of architecture practices, methodologies, and frameworks (TOGAF is a plus).

- Strong team player with excellent team management skills.
