Role : Generative AI Architect.

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 10+ Years Required.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to lead our team in developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Architect, design, and develop complex generative AI models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques (GPT, VAE, GANs).

- Oversee the entire AI/ML model lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and optimization.

- Ensure robust model performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into our solutions.

2. Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers.

- Define project goals, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Business Alignment :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop AI solutions that drive business value and achieve measurable outcomes.

4. Technical Proficiency :

- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and AI/ML libraries/frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with model deployment, design, architecture, AIOps, and MLOps.

- Strong understanding of multimodal RAG and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, NVIDIA).

- Expertise in developing RESTful services and deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Management :

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Present architecture decisions to client Architecture Review Boards (ARBs).

- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative AI.

- Proven track record of leading AI projects from concept to production.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with specific generative AI applications (e.g. , natural language processing, computer vision, etc.

- Knowledge of big data technologies and tools.

- Experience with MLOps platforms and tools.
