Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to join our Digital & Technology group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing complex data management applications and a deep understanding of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing batch, real-time, near real-time, and event-driven data pipelines, as well as familiarity with the latest advancements in AI and generative AI. They will also have a strong ability to rapidly produce client-ready proofs of value and collaterals, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with mid-level to senior tech clients.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in developing complex data management applications
  • Deep understanding of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure platforms
  • Experience designing and implementing batch, real-time, near real-time, and event-driven data pipelines
  • Familiarity with the latest advancements in AI and generative AI
  • Successful engagement with mid-level to senior tech clients
  • Ability to rapidly produce client-ready proofs of value and collaterals
  • Knowledge of architecture practices, methodologies, and frameworks (TOGAF is a plus)
  • Strong team player with excellent team management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
