Role Description

 

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at HSV Digital. The employee will set up a first-level connection with the clients and identify the decision-makers to take it ahead. It will majorly involve managing client relationships, nurturing leads, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

 

Key roles and responsibilities

 

  • Build 1st level connect with the clients and schedule meetings with them
  • Update lead status in CRM with each movement
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the internal process and program
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Engage proactively with the target clients
  • Educate yourself with each update of our offerings and then deliver the content

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Min 1 year experience in B2B SaaS product
  • Must have experience in Client Interaction
  • Should be comfortable with North American time zone (7:30pm-3:00am)
  • Adopt "Hearing not Speaking" and "Consulting not Selling" approach
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
