Additionally, the role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective employee management solutions aligned with business objectives.Qualifications- total 7 to 10 years of experience - Strong Recruitment track skills and should have worked in Benefits & Comp, HCM & Talent, HCM & Absence - Additional preferred skills of Integration - Should be able work on Benefits & Comp, HR - Should be able work on HCM & Absence - Expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and thorough understanding of Human Capital concepts - Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing deadlines - Relevant certifications in Workday HCM or related HR technologies are a plus
