YOUR MISSION Provide functional support for HR HCM processes, ensuring smooth operations in Workday Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions Collaborate with HR teams and IT to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules into daily workflows Optimize and troubleshoot HR systems to improve efficiency and employee experience Conduct workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Solid background as an HCM functional consultant , with hands-on experience in Workday Strong knowledge of HR processes (core HR, talent, performance, learning, payroll integration) Ability to analyze requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable HR solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Willingness to work onsite in Delhi with flexibility for collaboration in a global team BENEFITS OFFERED BY OUR CLIENT Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits Flexible working hours and hybrid work from home Dynamic international working environment High value on personal and professional development , including support to training and qualifications PERFECT MATCH?
