This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects: Analysis and design Configuration and customization Testing and bug resolution User training and support Cutover planning and deployment Post go-live support Configure Workday for variousHR processes Build and managecustom and standard Workday reports Work independently as anIndividual Contributorwhile collaborating with cross-functional teams Act as aprimary point of contactfor clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction Providefunctional and technical guidanceon best practices and solution architectureRequired Skills and Qualifications: Minimum4 yearsof experience working onWorkday HCM projects At least1 full-cycle Workday implementationas a functional consultant Workday certificationin at least one module (HCM or related HR modules) Strong experience in: Core HCM Talent Management Good exposure to other modules likeRecruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrationsis preferred Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills ExcellentEnglish communication skills– both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to work inCentral European Time (CET)zonePreferred Qualifications: Multiple Workday module certifications Prior experience in aclient-facing role Consulting experience with global clients#LiRemote
