Experience: Someone with close to 4 years of experience both in PR and Digital/social and experience in handling healthcare clients.
Project Management:
- The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns (Day-to-day execution will be AE role not Account Manager, he needs to only supervise)
- Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level

- Involvement in new business development to grow the practice
- The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level, and proven experience in building Brands

- Create and implement comprehensive digital communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Develop plans to enhance online presence, brand awareness, and engagement across digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice and message, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Manage and grow the client’s social media profiles and presence.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Use digital analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on digital communication effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital communication trends, tools, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement new tools or strategies to enhance digital communication efforts.
Business Development:
- Assist senior team members in developing new business initiatives
- Work on Case Studies and prepare Award submission first draft
- Contributes to RF Marketing Calendar
