Job Description
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the NRI banking business, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader offerings. Collaborate with partners to design and integrate the NRI banking solutions Build and nurture relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and fintech companies to enable seamless NRE/NRO banking services. Develop and oversee strategic alliances to expand the reach and adoption of the offerings Negotiate commercial terms, regulatory requirements, and operational processes to drive efficiency and compliance. Monitor portfolio performance across key metrics such as customer adoption, deposits, transaction volumes, and cross-sell potential. Work proactively with internal teams and external partners to introduce product enhancements that drive growth and improve customer retention.The Successful Applicant
3-5+ years of relevant experience in NRI Banking, or international banking at leading banks, NBFCs, or fintech firms. Proven experience in launching and scaling banking solutions for NRI customers, including account services, remittances, and investment products.-
