- Own the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and post-sale client relationship.- Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (account mining/farming).- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, procurement heads, and IT managers.- Work closely with delivery, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.- Regularly update CRM with opportunity pipeline and client interaction data.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- MBA preferred.- 2+ years of experience in IT services and/or staff augmentation sales.- Proven expertise in RFP/RFI response management.- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills.- Excellent relationship-building and client management capabilities.- Familiarity with sales tools like CRM platforms (e.g., Pipe Drive, Salesforce, HubSpot) (ref:iimjobs.com)
