Want to grow and contribute to user-centred, visually compelling, and technically feasible design solutions with 2.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design orrelated fields.

Have a solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.

Demonstrate experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.

Possess high-level skills in Figma,Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software.(We are using Figma)

Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus Points for:

Proven experience with Interaction/Motion Design Possess basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and how KYC (Know Your Customer) works.

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Playground)

Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technicalfeasibility.

Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products.

Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow designers to craft scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems.

Conduct userresearch and usability testing to validate and refine designs.

Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth ofthe design culture.
