Role Overview :

We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our design team in Mumbai. In this role, youll be shaping customer-facing experiences for a high-traffic, mobile-first B2C platform. Youll work cross-functionally to craft user journeys that are seamless, elegant, and impactfulmaking banking truly effortless for millions of users.

What You'll Do :

- Lead end-to-end design efforts for key product experiences

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UIs

- Design primarily for mobile (Android/iOS), with occasional responsive web work

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve real user problems

- Run usability tests and incorporate findings into design improvements

- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency at scale

- Champion accessibility and responsive design best practices

What We're Looking For :

- 35 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles

- Proven experience designing for B2C digital products (mobile/web)

- A strong portfolio showcasing real-world, shipped consumer-facing projects

- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

- Solid understanding of UX best practices, design systems, typography, and interaction design

- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to simplify complex tasks

- Comfortable working in agile teams alongside product, tech, and business stakeholders
