Designation: Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)   

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 

Employment Type: Full-time 

We're looking for a Product Designer/UI-UX Designer who will craft intuitive, conversion-led, and brand-consistent digital experiences across both web and mobile interfaces . 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • User-Centered Design: Translate user insights, business goals, and brand identity into intuitive and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms . 
  • Wireframes & Prototypes: Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for both responsive websites and mobile apps. 
  • UI Craftsmanship: Deliver pixel-perfect designs balancing usability, aesthetics, and Foxtale's brand identity. 
  • Research & Testing: Partner with PMs to conduct usability testing, analyze behavior data (Mixpanel, GA), and iterate on designs. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and marketers to ship experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Design System: Build and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile touchpoints. 
  • Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on e-commerce and D2C design trends to elevate Foxtale's digital experiences. 

Requirements:  

  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design . 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile app design projects . 
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma). 
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, marketers). 
  • Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout). 
  • Bonus: Experience in conversion optimization (CRO) , motion/micro-interactions , or e-commerce UX .
