This role is responsible for driving accurate demand forecasting, leading demand and supply planning processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong business acumen to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Demand Planning- Develop, manage, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts. - Utilize statistical models, historical data, market insights, and cross-functional inputs to produce accurate demand forecasts. - Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce errors and bias.Supply Planning & Alignment- Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements to ensure product availability. - Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand. - Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in supply planning and propose actionable solutions. - Monitor and maintain secondary stock in all the channels to anticipate the sales increaseCross-functional Collaboration- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to incorporate business intelligence into demand plans. - Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and present demand outlooks. - Act as a key liaison between commercial and supply chain functions to align strategies.Data & Process Management- Maintain planning tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and usability. - Develop dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance. - Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply planning processes.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 3–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related functions. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP, APO, Oracle, etc.). - Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with statistical forecasting methods is a plus. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Company Website - Bamboo Products: Buy Sustainable & Eco-friendly Product Online | BecoLinkedIn - (6) Beco: About | LinkedIn
