Documents all external interface requirementsSupports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs)Defines Demand & Supply Planning data requirements, test scenarios/ cases and associated to data requirementsReporting issues / bugs to JDA and tracking their resolutionTake decisions independently and interact directly with customersDemonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs.Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assignedReviewing technical specsCoordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications Desired Skills & Experience 10+ years of working experience in implementing/ supporting JDA Demand & Fulfillment in Manufacturing domain, Implementation experience in JDA Demand & FulfillmentIf Interested, Kindly share me the updated CV to"santhoshkumark@hcltech.com"
