**Job Description**:

- Location: Delhi
- Designation: Demand Planning
- Experience: 5 - 8 Years

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Demand Forecasting:* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and other relevant factors. Ensure forecasts are aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- *Inventory Management:* Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand, while minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and inventory holding costs.
- *Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align demand plans with upcoming product launches, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations. Monitor and adjust forecasts as needed based on market conditions or promotional activities.
- *Supply Chain Coordination:* Collaborate with supply chain teams, including procurement and distribution centers, to ensure timely availability of materials and products, and facilitate the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end customers.
- *Data Analysis & Reporting:* Regularly analyze sales and inventory data to assess forecast accuracy, identify trends, and detect potential issues. Provide reports and actionable insights to management on demand planning performance and inventory health.
- *Process Improvement:* Continuously assess and improve demand planning processes, utilizing best practices, technology, and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- *Demand Variability Management:* Manage and mitigate the impact of demand variability, collaborating with the production and procurement teams to handle changes in demand effectively and proactively.
- *Customer Focus:* Ensure that customer demand is met without overstocking or stockouts, maintaining optimal product availability while controlling costs.
- *Software & Tools Utilization:* Leverage demand planning software, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools to manage and optimize forecasting, replenishment, and reporting processes.
