Greetings from HCL TechnologiesWe are pleased to inform you that we currently have Opening for JDA - Demand planning & Demand Fulfilment + ESP (SCM) - location @Pan IndiaSkill – JDA - Demand planning & Demand FulfilmentExperience: 4 - 15 yearsJD:Liaise with business users/ client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statementsOwns the overall design of JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning to meet customer requirementsGuides the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainabilityLeads Demand & Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training. Documents all external interface requirementsSupports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs) , Field Mapping Documents (FMDs) , Technical Designs (TDs)Defines Demand & Supply Planning data requirements, test scenarios/ cases and associated to data requirementsReporting issues / bugs to JDA and tracking their resolutionTake decisions independently and interact directly with customersDemonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs.Carrying out Development/ upgrade/ support tasks as assignedReviewing technical specsCoordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarificationsDesired Skills & Experience10+ years of working experience in implementing/ supporting JDA Demand & Fulfillment in Manufacturing domain, Implementation experience in JDA Demand & Fulfillment- If Interested, Kindly share me the updated CV to "santhoshkumark@hcltech.com"
