This is ahands-on consultingrole ideal for professionals looking to deepen their practical experience in ahybrid international environment .Key Responsibilities Lead theimplementation and rolloutof SAP IBP Demand Planning in new global markets. Configure and support IBP Demand Planning modules to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with globaldemand planners , business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions. Support all phases of the project lifecycle:scoping, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live , andhypercare . Conducttraining sessions and workshopsto support user adoption and change management. Ensure alignment withglobal business processesand drive consistency across implementations. Work cross-functionally with global IT and business teams.Requirements 4–5 yearsof hands-on experience withSAP IBP Demand Planning(configuration + implementation). Proven track record inend-to-end IBP implementation or rollout projects . Solid understanding ofdemand planning processes ,statistical forecasting , and SAP IBP functionalities. Experience inmultinationalor cross-geography projects is preferred. Strongcommunication, stakeholder engagement , andproblem-solving skills . Comfortable working in ahybrid modelwith collaboration across time zones.
