Job Summary 

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Inside Sales Executives, sell solutions to prospective customers and generate revenue. 


Key Responsibilities 

∙ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and  drive business growth. 

∙ Work as an individual contributor, exceed performance goals and deliver  exceptional results. 

∙ Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads to maximize  conversion rates. 

∙ Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and  optimization. 

∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry  partners. 

∙ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies to  continuously improve sales processes and performance. 


 Qualifications 

∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  Master's degree is a plus. 

∙ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales. 

∙ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B  environment. 

∙ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

∙ Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. 

∙ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and  delivering exceptional customer experiences.
