One of our clients a startup IT Services Company is looking to hire for an Inside Sales Specialist role.


Role: Inside Sales Specialist

Location- Noida

Experience - 3 or 3+ yrs to 7 yrs

Position type: Permanent

Shift timing- UK shift

Mandate skill: Inside sales, Cloud sales, outbound , US or Uk Market exp


Outbound Sales Specialist – Noida, UP (not remote)

Outbound Sales Specialist (OSS) supports the sales and business development strategies of the company through persistent unsolicited outreach activity to socialize company solutions and services to enterprise and medium sized North American businesses. OSS must be excellent demonstrators of company capabilities to potential customers. Their ability to research the target market, understand customer personas, buying patterns and propose tailored solutions drives successful sales engagements. OSS plays a pivotal role in expanding company footprint and winning sales opportunities.


Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Market research to build understanding of company competition, solutions, services and technology partnerships and offerings

· Research potential customer stakeholder personas, buying patterns and identify high first contact opportunities

· Developing creative messaging content for multi-channel outreach – Email, phone, social

· Develop first contact/touch sales pitch with ability to engage and understand scope

· Qualify leads and opportunities based on company direction to prioritize and nurture leads as immediate, short, mid and long term prospects

· Managing the sales lead pipeline and related processes using company tools

· Working closely with solutions, pre-sales, delivery, account management and engagement teams to ensure successful transfer of opportunity upon maturation

· Provide insights and feedback from industry about service requirements and solutions

· Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor landscapes


Key Requirements

· You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

· You have 2+ years experience in outbound software services and solutions – Digital Technologies, Cloud, Data, Integration, QA services, etc. across Banking/High Tech/Telco/Healthcare or other large verticals

· You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

· You have strong presentation skills

· You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

· Excellent proficiency with MS365 office suite – Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

· Positive can do attitude, high levels of integrity and work ethics
