Role – Inside Sales 

Experience - 2-5 years

Responsibilities 

Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential OTA’s / Airlines to be added at the top of the funnel. Engage with user groups within the OTA’s and Airlines to understand requirements and conduct demos Assist with execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times. Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients. Enter contact information into contact management systems. Database entry: maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce). Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of outbound calls. Understand customer needs and requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

2-4 Years of experience in Airlines / Hospitality/OTA/B2B space Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior inter-personal, presentation and consultative selling skills. Extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus. Hotel, hospitality, travel industry experience preferred. Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness. Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits. Work in a dynamic environment in one of the fastest-growing industries
