We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, leadership expertise, and the ability to drive enterprise-level architecture and development initiatives. As a Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our technology projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of 15+ members, fostering collaboration and driving performance in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Provide strategic direction and hands-on development expertise in C# .NET, React, or Python.

- Design and implement enterprise-level architecture and solutions to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with US-based leadership and teams to ensure seamless stakeholder management and project delivery.

- Drive solutioning efforts, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

- Promote design thinking and architectural best practices to enhance project :

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in team leadership, with a proven track record of managing teams of 15+ members.

- Strong technical expertise in C# .NET, React, or Python.

- Experience in enterprise-level architecture and solution-based development.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strategic planning.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with US-based Qualifications :

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
