About the Role :We are looking for a talented and passionate Python Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered applications. You will leverage your expertise in Python and LangChain to build intelligent systems using large language models (LLMs) and advanced retrieval techniques. Your work will enable seamless integration of AI capabilities into scalable backend services and end-to-end solutions, collaborating closely with product, frontend, and data teams.Key Responsibilities :- Architect and implement AI-driven applications using Python, focusing on leveraging LangChain frameworks and LLMs such as OpenAI GPT models, Hugging Face transformers, and other cutting-edge NLP technologies.- Work extensively with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, and Weaviate for efficient embedding storage, similarity search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.- Design and optimize data ingestion pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and retrieval workflows to enhance model performance and accuracy.- Integrate LangChain-based solutions with external APIs, enterprise knowledge bases, and custom-built tools to create rich, context-aware AI experiences.- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems using frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask to support AI functionalities in production environments.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data scientists, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions within agile development cycles.- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP, and actively experiment with new techniques to continuously improve system capabilities and efficiencies.- Implement rigorous testing, code reviews, and follow best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and application security.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong focus on backend systems.- Hands-on experience developing applications using LangChain and working with large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.- Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, including building RESTful APIs and microservices.- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate, and familiarity with embedding techniques.- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and natural language processing workflows.- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).- Proficient in version control with Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
