Job Summary
: The Lead of IT will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation. The role involves leading IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and customer experience in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company's IT strategy to support business objectives.

· Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and system architecture.

· Drive digital transformation and innovation to improve customer experience.

· Manage and optimize server infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance.

· Ensure robust networking solutions to maintain seamless connectivity, security, and efficiency.

· Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

· Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

· Lead a team of IT professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business needs.

· Implement best practices in IT governance and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    .
  • Certifications in
    networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or IT governance

Experience:

  • 7 to 10 years
    of experience in IT, with at least 5
    + years in a leadership or managerial role
    .
  • Experience in
    financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated industries
    is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in
    IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
    .
  • Experience in
    cloud technologies
    .
  • Knowledge of
    core banking systems, enterprise applications, and IT governance frameworks
    .
  • Familiarity with
    regulatory compliance
    for financial services.
