Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth in the competitive real estate sector.
Key Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and support for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
