JOB DESCRIPTION:

- We're seeking a dynamic, razor-sharp Chief of Staff to be the ultimate force multiplier for our CEO and leadership team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Strategic Leadership & Execution:

- Be the CEO's Right Hand: Partner directly with the CEO to set company-wide strategy, drive execution, and amplify decision-making-turning vision into scalable, high-impact results.

- Data-Driven Growth Architect: Own the company's analytics engine-design dashboards, uncover game-changing insights, and supercharge performance with actionable intelligence.

- Financial & Operational Mastermind: Craft bulletproof budgets, forecasts, and operating plans while optimizing cost efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.

2) Performance & Scale:

- Own the Numbers: Lead MIS reporting, revenue/cost analysis, and variance tracking-ensuring every metric aligns with aggressive growth targets.

- Turbocharge Execution: Define company-wide OKRs, establish razor-sharp tracking mechanisms, and relentlessly drive accountability across teams.

- Elevate Leadership Cadence: Streamline executive meetings, board prep, and quarterly reviews-keeping Spyne laser-focused on winning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
