The Role:


At italics, we're seeking a talented and driven Senior Account Manager to join our innovative team. As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate closely with clients, overseeing a range of projects, from small-scale initiatives to high-impact campaigns that shape the brand's success. This will largely include social media management of some of the most exciting brands in BFSI and related categories.


The candidate must have relevant experience in managing social media for leading brands, especially in the Indian market. Requirements


  • Prior experience (at least 5 years) in managing content creation, digital marketing channels or a similar role
  • Solid expertise in analysis and reporting, analytical thinking abilities shown to drive insights
  • Project management experience and fanatical attention to detail
  • Proven experience in overseeing video production for engaging reels, shorts, and other multimedia content.
  • Preferred knowledge of the BFSI/Fintech sector, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific trends and dynamics.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead, shape, and implement social media strategies for multiple channels globally, including but not limited to , Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Consistently ideate, create, and curate content with a strong point of view and deep knowledge of client’s brand, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and presentation to grow the brand presence and engagement on social.
  • Use data to inform strategy and detect new opportunities, be experimental with content and campaigns, monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives and make data-centric decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and leverage them to drive growth.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns and social media advertising campaigns
