SLS Designs India is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong financial background with at least 7 years of experience, holding a B.Com and C. A. qualification. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to manage our accounting team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Manage tax compliance, including GST and TDS, and coordinate audits.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in collaboration with senior management.
- Maintain strong client relationships, handling billing and financial queries.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com and C.A.
- Experience: 7+ years in accounting and finance.
- Skills:Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial regulations. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
