Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our digital agency team. The ideal candidate will support client management efforts, ensure smooth project execution, and contribute to the overall success of digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in account management or client services within a digital agency setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing digital client accounts, serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • Support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with digital services and campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative, social media, and digital strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports for client meetings.
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide value to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or client services within a digital agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms etc.
