Position - Sales Team Lead
Experience - 5yr
Location - Thane, Mumbai
Working Mode- On site (Day Shift)
Working Days-5
Skills - Sales, Team Lead, International and Domestic Sales, Lead Generation, Strong Leadership, CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a Tele Sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and provide training/mentorship.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.

  • Track sales metrics/KPIs and identify growth opportunities.

  • Guide research for new customers and markets; handle key leads.

  • Support client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and conversions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and invoicing.

  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and prepare regular performance reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with 1–2 years in a team lead role.

  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; international sales exposure preferred.
