Job Description Position - Sales Team Lead Experience - 5yr Location - Thane, Mumbai Working Mode- On site (Day Shift) Working Days-5 Skills - Sales, Team Lead, International and Domestic Sales, Lead Generation, Strong Leadership, CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and manage a Tele Sales team to achieve sales targets. - Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and provide training/mentorship. - Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets. - Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns. - Track sales metrics/KPIs and identify growth opportunities. - Guide research for new customers and markets; handle key leads. - Support client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and conversions. - Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and invoicing. - Ensure accurate CRM updates and prepare regular performance reports. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of sales experience with 12 years in a team lead role. - Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets. - Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; international sales exposure preferred. Desired Skills: - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
