We seek an experienced Team Leader with solid knowledge in the OEM \ In-app advertising ecosystem, for our OEM Reseller operation.
Responsibilities:
The OEM Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives effectively.
You will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
We're seeking an Adtech pro who thrives in a team environment, possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, and can navigate high-pressure demands of delivering results, taking ownership, and leveraging sales opportunities.
As a Team Leader you will manage, oversee and hands-on support a team of 3 Campaign Managers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
- 1+ years of experience leading teams in the Ad-Tech industry
- Proven experience as a media buyer or in a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry
- Excellent analytics skills
- Excellent communication skills in English - a must
- Experience with digital advertising and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of mobile monetization and advertising
- Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc)
- BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in the OEM Reseller ecosystem - A plus
