About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our online and app-based products. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and increase revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Yield Optimization:Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for yield optimization.
  • Analyze pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer lifetime value to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of different strategies.
  • Performance Marketing:Track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., search, social media, email).
  • Identify and optimize high-performing channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Measure and analyze return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Generation:Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects.
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion rates to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing and follow-up.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in the online or app industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
