**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in foreign and local markets.
- Generate leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, and database searches.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Make cold calls to prospects, effectively communicate product benefits, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and communication records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in making cold calls to generate leads.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing lead databases and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
