Job description

Stack is a Y Combinator backed startup, on a mission to make private wealth experience accessible to the emerging affluent of India. Stack is backed by world-class investors including funds like Y Combinator, Harvard Management, Goodwater Capital, and eminent individuals including Kunal Shah (Cred), Tanuj Shori (Squareyards).


We seek to take the wealth management industry by storm with our unconventional, asymmetrical approach towards helping people realize their financial dreams. We are looking for a rockstar go-getter who will work closely with the founders and top leadership team of Stack to help spearhead the company’s growth trajectory, and will be closely involved in building a talented sales & client relations team that will take care of all the financial needs of Stack’s clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for wealth product offerings.
  • Explain investment products, benefits, and other details to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to investments.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance/credit card/wealth management sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with investment products and terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment


  • Experience Required:- 1-5 years of work experience in sales, banking, insurance and Edtech preferred.
