Head Of Sales

Location of Job - Mumbai or Bangalore

Required Experience: - 12 - 17 years

Education - BE + MBA

Skills Required:-

  1. Strong experience in leading Sales Team + Service Engg team in Driving Revenue and Market Expansion
  2. Strategic mindset with ability to effectively execute the Sales Plan.
  3. Experience in Key Account Management, Build excellent new client relationships and develop the existing client relationship to ensure continuity in Business.
  4. Aggressive and driven and entrepreneurial are some of the key traits that are highly desirable .
  5. Strong in networking and actively signup new clients towards business expansion.
  6. Packaging machinery expertise or experience in providing high value solutions to leading FMCG and Pharma brands in India in any of their manufacturing processes.


KRA's:-

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  2. Utilize resources for digital marketing, lead generation, participate in trade shows, conduct multi-level trials to gain new customers
  3. Work closely with customers to understand their packaging machinery needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to support business decision-making.
  5. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for presentation to the executive team.
  6. Travel to visit clients and potential clients.
  7. Foster collaboration between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, production, and customer support).
