Udman Hotels & Resorts has carved out a niche in the hospitality industry, resonating elegance and excitement. The brand is a collection of unique boutique and luxury properties in major locations.

We are in search of a seasoned and visionary Head of Sales, an expert in the field, to lead and drive our sales team while overseeing the diverse spectrum of Sales Strategies, focusing on Corporate, Travel Agent Room Sales, and MICE segments.


Roles and Responsibilities:

· Spearhead Corporate, Travel Agent Room Sales, and MICE segment strategies for the hotel.

· Develop comprehensive business presentations encompassing pitch and existing account proposals.

· Align organizational goals with strategic business strategies, creating actionable plans to achieve them.

· Identify and capitalize on emerging markets and opportunities to amplify sales revenue. · Act as the hotel's representative at various industry events and exhibitions.

· Drive implementation of sales action plans outlined in the overarching marketing strategy.

· Conduct daily sales calls and coordinate site inspection trips for corporate clientele.

· Foster and nurture enduring professional relationships conducive to long-term business partnerships.

· Uphold an unparalleled standard of customer service excellence at all times.

· Engage actively in sales calls to secure new business opportunities.

· Execute contracts with event vendors and hotels, overseeing quality, quantity, and cost aspects of operations.

· Lead vendor management operations, encompassing negotiations, confirmations, and database updates.

· Champion the hotel's service and relationship strategy, fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

· Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the hotel's financial objectives.

· Foster cohesive relationships with on-property teams to align efforts toward shared objectives.

· Assess and address training needs, providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team.

· Target key accounts, nurturing and strengthening relationships for future business prospects.

· Cultivate community relationships, expanding the customer base for potential sales opportunities.
