We are hiring an exceptional service engineer for the position of Area Service In-Charge (Assistant Manager/Manager), having a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably from the Inverter and Battery industry. The desired candidate must have a deep understanding of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities for Inverters, Lithium-ion Batteries, E-Rikshaw Batteries and Chargers. The candidate also must have hands-on work experience in servicing a similar product range.


The position is based out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • The person will be responsible for managing overall field service operations for Eastman’s product range.
  • Wherever required, manage Dealer and Distributor Warranty Replacement of products.
  • Address to distributor escalations of our E-Rikshaw Charger & E-Rikshaw Batteries
  • Responsible for building proper testing setup at the service centre.
  • Should be capable of accurate Inventory management at ASP/SSP/ Eastman Warehouse
  • Knowledge of CRM, SAP, and Data Entry is required.
  • Will be responsible for training of software & service App to SSP|ASP
  • To ensure Warranty Policy implementation at the Dealer and Distributor end
  • Will be responsible for managing any kind of product escalations in the field.
  • Responsible for the collection of Product Quality feedback and conducting product quality surveys.


Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum of 7 years to 14 years of relevant experience in electronics (Lead Acid Battery, ER Charger, Lithium Battery and E-Rikshaw Batteries)
  • Must have solid technical knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, E-Rikshaw Chargers and Lithium -Ion Batteries.
  • Good communication skills and technical problem-solving skills required.
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM and Data Entry.
  • Desired candidate to be someone with technical service operations experience from the Inverter and Battery Industry


Educational Qualification


  • B.Tech/ Graduate Engineer or ITI Diploma holders can also apply
