  • Fill Rate / OTIF and range availability.
  • Looking after and responsible for all supply chain related processes.

  • Promo Allocation & Tracking.
  • Customer Servicing - (from PO raising to GRN entry)
  • Managing fill rate.
  • Ensuring movement of stock from sourcing location to CFA.
  • Ensuring customer article master updation.
  • Ensuring all POs are served with maximum Fill Rate in collaboration with COP team, Supply Planner, Dispatch Planner, CFA & Implants.
  • Ensuring proactive resolution of supply related issues.
  • Coordination with Commercial team resolution of commercial issues.
  • Managing stock reservation on weekly intervals.
  • Process alignment with Customer in case of new customers / new stores.


Primary Interactions:

Internal – Supply Planners, Sales Team, Marketing, Logistics Manager, PO processing Team, Commercial.


Qualifications

  • MBA/PG or equivalent
  • 4-7 years' of supply chain experience, preferably in organized trade
  • Strong coordination and influencing skills
