Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation. They will also assist in maintaining efficient and accurate processes, resolving issues, and providing support to other team members and clients. Some of the activities include :


  • Continuously monitor property performance
  • Work closely with the onshore team to support delinquency, make ready dashboards
  • Work with onshore team members to make sure tasks are completed
  • Monitor and manage projects as needed
  • Keep a constant connection with the clients and their agents onshore
  • Identify areas of opportunity and improvement
  • Audit all parts of property management
