- As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will build and nurture ecosystem partnerships to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) efforts and drive growth toward reaching 100 million salaried employees.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships to accelerate market reach.

- Build strong relationships with industry players, banks, fintech platforms, and corporate partners.

- Co-create integrated solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.

- Manage partner performance and ensure targets are met.

- Develop business cases and partnership models that align with SalarySe's vision.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement and deliver partnership outcomes.

- Monitor partnership success metrics and report insights to leadership.

Skillsets Required:

- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships in Fintech, BFSI, or related sectors.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to develop commercial partnership models.

- Understanding of the UPI ecosystem, payroll products, and B2B solutions.


- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies.
