Major Job and Financial Management:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the company.

- Prepare and maintain schedules for major expenses.

- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

- Handle statutory compliance related to TDS, TCS, GST, and other taxes.

- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Payments and Compliance:

- Ensure timely processing of bank payments and proper recording of entries.

- Prepare and verify documentation for payments and request disbursements.

- Comply with financial legal requirements by understanding and enforcing adherence to central, state, and local legislation.

Audit and Reporting:

- Coordinate to ensure the timely completion of audits.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and other special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Coordination and Team Support:

- Work closely with operational and management teams to gather information for accurate record maintenance.

- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as required.

Documentation and Processes:

- Establish and maintain a robust filing system for both offline and online documents.

- Set up monitoring processes for all revenue and cost items.

Educational Qualifications: MBA

Experience: 2+ years of relevant work Strong knowledge of applicable statutes and financial legal requirements.

- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and working schedules.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and timely task completion.

- Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
