Position: Senior Marketing Manager.
Location: Noida.
Role Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Manager with extensive experience in SEO, website management, content creation, event coordination, and digital outreach.
- The ideal candidate will also have experience working with software related events and will take the lead in managing and developing the company's social media platforms and online presence.
- This role is critical for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring the success of both digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Management:.
- Oversee the optimization of the company's website for SEO performance, user experience, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the site is aligned with marketing goals and provides a seamless user journey.
Content Development:.
- Lead the creation and management of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for search engines.
Event Coordination:.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, with a particular focus on events in the SAP ecosystem.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align event goals with business objectives.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
Digital Outreach & Lead Generation:.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (email campaigns, paid ads, social media campaigns) to increase lead generation.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Social Media Management:.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals, increasing engagement, followers, and brand recognition.
Analytics & Reporting:.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, website traffic, lead generation efforts, and event success.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc. ) to provide actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
Team Collaboration:.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
Must have:.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, content management, website management and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in event coordination, particularly in SAP-related events or B2B technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital outreach strategies for lead generation, including email marketing, social media.
- Has led digital marketing initiatives for enterprise SAAS that is more global particularly for US and European markets.
- Helped organizing and identifying relevant events.
- Understands B2B domain and the ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms and social media management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Good to have:
- E- xperience working within the SAP ecosystem or with SAP partners for event coordination and marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web development best practices, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Expertise in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for B2B marketing.
