Our flagship product, MDO (Master Data Online), is an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform that facilitates comprehensive data management processes—from creating accurate, compliant, and relevant master data to efficient data disposal. We have established robust processes in asset-intensive industries such as Energy and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.

About the Job
Position: Content & Design Specialist
Location: Noida
Role Summary: We are looking for a talented Content & Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling written content, an eye for design, and advanced presentation skills. This role is essential in driving our brand messaging, ensuring effective communication with internal and external audiences, and supporting marketing initiatives with high-quality content and visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and impactful content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s tone and voice.
Presentation and Visual Support:
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages.Utilize tools like Canva to design polished visuals for marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.Collaborate with designers or external vendors for high-end graphic or visual needs when required.
Marketing Collateral Development:
- Support the creation of brochures, case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align content with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure content supports product launches, campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all written and visual materials align with the company’s branding and messaging standards.
Must have:
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus content creation and some skills in designing.
- Prior experience in IT/ SAAS product organizations is mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to design impactful presentations.
- Content Expertise:
- Good command over the English language, with the ability to write engaging, audience-centric content.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Other Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse group of people.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content engagement.
Good to have
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
